The Facts

In March of 2025, a civil court in Bexar County issued a judgement against Misty Spears for failure to pay a bill.

 

In six separate years federal tax liens were issued against her property.

 

An HOA lien was levied against property for non payment of fees.

 

These financial issues are public record. The voters deserve to know.

Why it Matters

As a District 9 representative, Misty Spears would oversee budget priorities, public resources, and taxpayer dollars. If she cannot manage her own finances, how can we trust her with ours?



State of Texas forfeiture

Three of Misty Spear's businesses lost their right to transact business in the State of Texas after a tax/adminstration forfeiture by the Secretary of State.
